Comedy Nuggets presents a show where comedians face challenges and it's absurdly funny. There will be stand-ups and improvisors taking on challenges that guarantee to make their set ridiculous.

The challenges they face will be -

(1) Takin’ Turns

Stand-up A tells a joke, then Stand-up B tells a joke.

(2) Double Talk

Stand-up A and Stand-up B deliver their set at the exact same time. It’s a wonderful mess.

(3) Mockingbird

A group of improvisors will perform a series of scenes and then the mockers will mock those scenes.

The lineup includes comedians, who have performed with/on Absolute Comedy, Yuk Yuk’s, The Second City House Co., Big City Improv Festival, Boston Improv Festival, Montreal Sketch Festival, and Toronto Sketch Festival.

WHERE IS COMEDY BAR LOCATED

Comedy Bar is located at 945 Bloor West between Ossington and Dovercourt on the south side. (directly across from the Delaware exit of the Ossington TTC)

ABOUT COMEDY BAR

Comedy Bar is a basement venue with 16 steps to the entrance. Washrooms are located on the main floor of the venue.

There are two theatre spaces. Please be sure to confirm which theatre you should be in when you pick up your ticket at box office.

Seating is general admission. Please be sure to arrive at least 30 minutes ahead of show start time to be sure you get the seats(s) of your choice

Comedy Bar does not guarantee group seating and is not responsible for holding seats for parties that do not arrive before show start.

All ticket prices include HST unless otherwise stated

Performers use microphones.

The use of smoke machines and strobe, flashing lights or lasers may occur during performances
