Designer and Indie RPG Night at The Golden Pigeon in Cabbagetown Toronto
We invite you to join us for a fun night of testing out interesting new RPGs either in the process of being designed or an Indie RPG that a storyteller wants to try out. There will also be a table dedicated as an open writing circle that will be guided by a staff member.
Whether you're a seasoned roleplayer or new to the world of RPGs everyone has useful feedback and experience to provide. Come as a group or solo and we'll help pair you with a table. Our events are a great way to connect with members of local communities and are perfect for folks arriving in Toronto looking to meet new people.
If you are a designer or storyteller who wants to run a game at one of these nights, please reach out to changelinggaminginfo@gmail.com with the following information:
- Designer/Storyteller Name(s)
- RPG name (if applicable)
- Publishing House (If applicable)
- 2-3 sentences on the system and the goal for the evening ie what will you be testing and what kind of feedback will you be looking for.
- Min-Max number of players you would like at your table (each table can host 1 GM + up to 5 players)
Thanks to the generosity of the Golden Pigeon Beerhall, we will be enjoying the use of several tables set aside for our use. TheGolden Pigeon has a menu with food, alcoholic, and nonalcoholic beverages that you can order from while we’re having fun playing RPGs. This event is Pay-What-You-Can, though players for the RPGs can reserve their seats for $10, with more details available at the link to the Changeling Gaming Events Eventbrite (see website link).
