Death by Chocolate - A 3 Course Valentine's Day Chocolate Dinner

You've never had a dinner date like this. We’ve teamed up with Death in Venice and Chopped Canada winner Kaya Ogruce to present the ultimate Valentine’s Day romance - a decadent 3 course chocolate culinary experience.

Start with a unique chocolate tasting 'appetiser', where you’ll sample a flight of bean-to-bar chocolates. Continue to explore chocolate in savoury form as part of your main course of the night, braised short ribs with spiced chocolate mole.

Finally, top off the evening with a delightful trio of inventive chocolate gelatos. Let's not forget the complimentary glass of Prosecco each.

What's on the Menu

Appetiser: Chocolate tasting, including 5-6 tasting bites of artisan chocolate

Main: Braised short ribs served with spiced chocolate mole sauce and golden rice scented with rosemary
