Put the tangy sizzle in your summer at the ninth annual Thrill of the Grill, June 16 from noon to 4 p.m. The Danforth will be closed to traffic as the chefs of ten of its celebrated businesses are turning up the heat to offer Toronto’s best grilled dishes. Meet hosts The Food Network’s Chef Lynn Crawford will co-host with Sebastian Clovis, HGTV's Home to Win and host of Save My Reno. The event is chaired by Dr. Georg Bjarnason, Kidney Cancer specialist, Odette Cancer Centre, Sunnybrook. Proceeds will benefit kidney cancer research at the hospital.
