Dance for the People is an after work dance party. It's a space where people of all ages come together and dance it out. All are welcome and encouraged to join. 

Sitting at the office all day? Sitting in class all day? Stressful day? Feel the need to just move? Come dance it out with other wonderful people in a space that is open, inclusive and welcoming. 

A few dancefloor guidelines: 
- Keep dance space & floor clear of personal items
- No talking on the dancefloor 
- Enthusiastic CONSENT before dancing with or touching someone
- Be kind and have fun

A boy robot with a human heart, Astroboy was engineered in Austin, assembled in Tokyo, and fully activated in Toronto. Fuelled by funky beats, deep grooves, and booty bouncin' basslines, his primary directive is to make you move. You can find him vibrating dancefloors at various underground events across the city, including a monthly residence at the highly addictive Ecstatic Dance Toronto.
