In this 1 hour workshop, Austin Norris will discuss the mechanics and causes of Scoliosis & Chronic Back Tension. Austin will also teach you a simple series of corrective exercises & DIY therapy techniques that can easily be integrated into your yoga practice to improve your back health.

If you are concerned about your posture, come check out this workshop and learn some simple but effective exercises to improve your alignment and relieve chronic tension in your body!
