Stand Up by: Marito Antonio Lopez
Marito Lopez, originally from El Salvador, moved to Canada at the tender age of four and has learned to love the English language, White People and snow. He grew up in the mean streets of Calgary, Alberta, and is probably the cutest gangster you’ll ever see on stage. Whether its at school, the club, or in the drunk tank, Marito has always wanted to be funniest person in the room. In 2009, Marito pulled a Kanye West, dropped out of college and decided to follow his dream. Kanye West is a millionaire right now and Marito just moved back in with his parents.
In the short time Marito Lopez has been doing comedy, he’s been able to produce multiple successful comedy shows, make it to the finals of the regional Great Canadian Laugh Off, and be featured on Shaw TV for a documentary on comedy in Calgary. One day, people will recognize Marito on the streets. Hopefully as a comedian.

Featuring: A Shoddy Magician
A Shoddy Magician maybe is Steve Boleantu (Tennessee Project Toronto, 2012 Tim Sims Fresh Meat Showcase), a sketch comedian and emerging Toronto playwright, pens a Shoddy Magician from his second Fringe show with “The Final Trick of a Shoddy Magician”. It’s outrageous.

Host: Hunter Collins
Hunter Collins is North America’s foremost nincompoop comedian. In the 90s, they referred to him as “da phattest”.
Originally from Montreal, this versatile, bilingual performer in both sketch and stand-up has graced the stage at countless underground rattlesnake fights and festivals, including The Edinburgh Fringe Festival, The Cottage Country Comedy Festival (3 times including 2 as gala host), NXNE (4 times), The Montreal Sketchfest (thrice times) and The Toronto Sketchfest. Hunter can be seen sexing it up big-time on Much Music’s hit syndicated show “Video On Trial“. Hunter still tours today with his no-holds-barred brand of witty “stand-up”, his “hulking biceps” and “gross coughing disease”.
Catch Hunter hosting his weekly live comedy show called “3rd Klass Thursdays” in Toronto, every Thursday at Vapor Central (667 Yonge, 9PM). Please bring him all your precious jewels. Even your jade (you can never have enough jade).
