Torontos Choir! Choir! Choir! are so excited to announce their second #25DaysOfCharity fundraiser! The fundraiser launches on Dec 1 and the Dec 16th Phoenix event will be the centre piece of the campaign.

Choir! Choir! Choir!s first public performance in 2011 was a fundraiser in support of tsunami relief for Japan and ever since, the group has been dedicated to charitable action. In 2016, they formed the Choir! Choir! Choir! Foundation and launched #25DaysOfCharity!, a campaign that benefits 25 local, national, and international organizations changing their communities for the better.

Heres how it works:

On Dec 1, the #25DaysOfCharity campaign is launched at choirchoirchoir.com. The website takes the form of an advent calendar. Behind each day of the month, a member of C!C!C! has chosen a charity recognized by Canadian Revenue Agency and written a short passionate pitch. Every day in December - leading up to the 25th we feature one charity a day on our socials, though they are all on display on the website throughout. Donations go into a big community pool and, at the end of the campaign, the funds are equally distributed among the 25 groups. Last year, $50,000 dollars was raised, supporting smaller organizations like Stop Gap Foundation or Camp Ooch, while lending support to the ones with more profile and resources like CAMH or Plan International.

To support the campaign, C!C!C! presents a centerpiece singing event, drawing on our huge membership and media support to spread the word. Last year, a sold-out crowd filled the Art Gallery Of Ontarios Walker Court and raised $8000 in one night. This year, we are organizing a similar event at the Phoenix Concert Theatre.
