Chinese New Year Dim Sum Brunch at Bosk Restaurant
New this year and only during the weekend of January 25 and January 26, the Chinese New Year Dim Sum Brunch in Bosk restaurant inside Shangri-La Hotel, Toronto, will feature an assorted basket of dim sum per table. The dim sum selection will include a minced chicken and scallion dumpling, baked pork turnover, shrimp har gow and pork scallop siu mai. To complement the dumplings, guests will be treated to their choice of eight entrées along with access to an appetizer table and live music. Chinese-inspired entrées will include scallion pancakes with crispy pork belly, hoisin glaze and two eggs any style, and duck congee with poached eggs, confit duck leg, crispy skin, ginger and green onions. Chinese New Year Brunch is priced at $75 per person (excluding taxes and gratuities) and will run from 12:00 to 4:00 p.m in Bosk restaurant.
