Cheer on Canada's team as they compete in The Reebok CrossFit Invitational

For the first time, Canada is hosting the 2016 Reebok CrossFit Invitational, taking place on Sunday November 20th in Oshawa. The Invitational is CrossFit's all-star game, where the fittest men and women from around the world come together to compete. Competition includes a variety of team events including handstand push-ups, sprint relay, rope ascents, deadlifts and synchronized burpees. This year, Canada’s team have the home court advantage, and are up against Team Europe, Pacific, and USA.

The four Canadian athletes competing this year on Canada’s team include: Brent Fikowski, Carol-Ann Reason-Thibault, Michele Letendre and Patrick Vellner.
