Toronto bartender, Aaron Male (The Cloak Bar) has created a deliciously simple Jameson cocktail to ring in St. Paddy’s Day, using the new Jameson x St. Patrick’s Day release. The ‘Hidden Left Bauer’ cocktail is inspired by Aaron’s grandmother who was born and raised in Ireland. Her love for sweet tea and Harvey’s Bristol motivated Aaron to include the tea syrup and Oloroso in his cocktail; a less sweet version of his grandmother’s favourite cream sherry. This drink is the perfect mix of sweet and nutty Irish flavours – perfect for celebrating this popular Irish tradition!
