Cassia - a Thai pop-up series
Join us on Sunday and Monday nights for Cassia, a refined interpretation of Northern Thai cuisine, by Chef Scott Roberts (@chefscottroberts).
Cassia represents the combination of Scott's work as Head Chef of the internationally acclaimed Smoking Goat, a Thai BBQ in London (UK), and his training in the Michelin-starred kitchens of Saison (SF), L2O (Chicago), and Fera at Claridge's (UK).
Cassia combines hand-pounded Thai curries, salads and dressings, with thoughtfully sourced, premium ingredients from land and sea.
