Bombay Sapphire Gin presents 'Canvas Bar': a pop-up bar that invites people to create their own cocktails using the glass as canvas. 'Canvas Bar' celebrates the fusion of art and mixology, inviting guests to embark on a creative DIY cocktail adventure. The space is designed to encourage bar patrons to reimagine the iconic gin serve, and experiment with mixing wall of infused tonic jars and a vapour wall to finish their drinks with a flavour spritz of choice - the ultimate interactive experience.

The month-long pop-up is hosted by some of the most imaginative bartenders across North America, who have been tasked with concocting bespoke cocktails celebrating Bombay Sapphire Gin's unique flavour. The roster of talented bartenders rotates weekly, so there's always something new to discover.
