A Composer, Violinist and Singer, gift and love of music playing the violin since he was three years old. At the age of seven, he started playing the piano, guitar, percussion, and folk string instruments such as oud, tar, and santur. He was fourteen, when he assembled a 32-man orchestra, performing his own compositions and arrangements.
Dr. Bijan Mortazavi has 12 International best-selling records. At a sold out crowed of 6400 Greek Theater performance with a 53- piece orchestra he played one of his unique piece’s “Epic”, written by him at the age of eleven.
His love for development of contemporary Middle Eastern music has sold out concerts on most world class stages around the world. Performances at Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, the Gibson Amphitheater, Kodak Theater, the Royal Albert Hall, Equinox and Le Palace in London All Major European cities. Multiple shows in Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver Canada, Copenhagen, Stockholm, Sydney, Perth, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide Australia and New Zealand.
His new-age instrumental music has been selection of Olympic Athletes to performed in gymnastic and synchronized swim. His albums have been a combination of instrumental and vocal pieces.
