Big Chick Energy Sketch is excited to return to the Toronto Sketch Comedy Festival to debut their latest revue Big Chick Energy Presents: Big Chick Lethargy?! on March 8th and 13th at the BMO Incubator - Theatre Centre.

In their brand new show, the all-woman comedy troupe have lost their energy! And no, it’s not just because of low iron (though, let’s be honest, that’s probably part of it). Is it capitalism? Is it people? Is it that all-consuming bullet journal that keeps reminding them they’ll never be perfect?! Whatever the cause, The Chicks are on a mission to reclaim their spark in this laugh-out-loud journey to joy!

 

Big Chick Energy, who first met at the Second City Training Centre, are celebrating five years performing together. Last year, they delighted audiences with "My Best Friend's Sketch show", an official selection of TOsketchfest 2024, Newfoundland & Labrador Sketch Fest 2024, and as part of the Hamilton Fringe. BCE is also the proud recipient of TOSketchfest’s 2023 Producers’ Pick Award. Big Chick Energy Presents: Big Chick Lethargy?! is produced with support from the Ontario Arts Council as part of the Toronto Sketch Comedy recommender program.
