The Art Starts Street Festival, a signature project of the Cultural Hotspot produced in partnership with the City of Toronto, will creatively animate Glenholme Street from Eglinton Ave. to Lanark Ave. on Saturday, July 27th. The festival will be a full day of free performances, art exhibits, and hands-on collaborative art workshops. Over 15 local professional artists will inject colour, music, and creative art-making across different artistic disciplines.

This project is a part of the Cultural Hotspot, which shines a spotlight on arts, culture and community in Toronto’s diverse neighbourhoods outside the downtown core. The Art Starts Street Festival will celebrate the Eglinton/Oakwood area as part this year’s tribute to York and North Etobicoke.
