The Art of Italian Breads
Executive Chef Saverio Macrio leads an interactive cooking experience on the art of Italian doughs and breads.
Part of the Winterlicious Culinary Events series, guests will participate in hands-on demonstrations and prepare their own meal including focaccia, classic woodstove pizzas, and crostini with a variety of flavour toppings.
Wine pairings will be included with each course, and for dessert, chocolate bombs to savour.
