What you will do:
Coached by Jay Agustin of Wall St. Fitness, you will:
- Build strength and improve mobility through Animal Flow techniques
- Learn how to incorporate fluid movement with body-weight strengthening exercises
- Develop power and flexibility
- Improve coordination
- Build endurance on and off the mat
