Alec Baldwin in Toronto
Alec Baldwin is a graduate of New York University (BFA-Tisch, 94) and was presented with an Honorary Doctorate of Fine Arts from NYU in 2010. He last appeared on stage in the 2013 Broadway production of Orphans. Baldwin earned a Tony nomination for his role in the 1992 Broadway production of A Street Car Named Desire and won an Obie Award for his role in Prelude to a Kiss. His other stage credits include Equus, Entertaining Mr. Sloane, Loot, Serious Money, Macbeth, and The Twentieth.

Baldwin starred alongside Tina Fey on NBC’s 30 Rock, winner of multiple Emmy Awards for Outstanding Comedy Series. Baldwin received eight SAG Awards (seven individual, one ensemble), three Golden Globes, the Television Critics Award and two Emmy Awards as “Best Actor in a Comedy Series.” In 2017, he received an Emmy Award for his portrayal of Donald Trump on Saturday Night Live.
Baldwin has appeared in over forty films, including Beetle Juice, Working Girl, Miami Blues, The Hunt for Red October, Glengarry Glen Ross, Malice, The Juror, The Edge, The Cat in the Hat, The Aviator, The Departed, It’s Complicated, To Rome With Love, Blue Jasmine and Still Alice. He earned an Oscar nomination for his role in romantic drama The Cooler. Baldwin released his second memoir, Nevertheless, chronicling the highs and lows of his life, in April 2017. Alec Baldwin is also a dedicated supporter of numerous causes related to the arts. He serves on the boards of The Hamptons International Film Festival, The New York Philharmonic, The Roundabout Theatre Company and Guild Hall of East Hampton. He is an active supporter of The Actors Fund and The Public Theatre/New York Shakespeare Festival, among many others.
