Ajiaco Colombian Dinner
Staring October 23 during winter time we will be running a series of Colombian Dinners once a month, which will be shown the different flavours of the Colombian Region. Each dinner will be served as a Family Style. Starting on October 23rd, we will be making Ajiaco, one of the most signature dishes in our culture and from my city Bogota.

Main: Ajiaco (Chicken Potato Soup) served with corn and topped with creme fraiche and capers, a side of rice and avocado.
