Saturday December 10th the Krampus Ball (krampusball.ca) takes over Toronto’s historic Opera House (735 Queen St. E.), once more transforming the storied venue into a festive Christmas Hellscape.

Decked out in furs, horns, and hooves, revellers dressed as the German Christmas demons known as Krampus invade Queen Street. Congregating in front of the Opera House at 8:30pm, the Krampus Parade marches west, stopping at several Queen East bars along the way, and looping back to the start to kick off the main event at 10pm.

Musical acts include: Squid Lid, A Primitive Evolution, Jonah K, Eye Steal, Inchoate. Dancers, circus artists, burlesque artists, and drag artists take the stage throughout the night, adding to the spectacle.

Costumes are always encouraged, but never required.

The Krampus ball is a 19+ licensed event.
