There's an all-white dinner party in a secret Toronto location this summer
This summer, people in Toronto are being urged to don their brightest white clothing and head t0 a secret location in the city for the return of Le Diner en Blanc.
Held at sectret locations around the world, the global phenomenon is returning to Toronto this September, giving you the chance to picnic with 1200 of your closest friends.
Actually, they're complete strangers, but you'll more than likely walk away with a new friend or two.
Here's how it works: you sign up to attend through Diner en Blanc's website, and they'll assign a designated meeting point to gather on the day of, before escorting you to the actual location — the Bentway and Roundhouse Park have both been past venues for the picnic.
You'll be dressed in your most elegant all-white outfit with all-white table settings (plus a table, two white chairs and a white table cloth) in tow, ready to set up your table when you arrive in the breathtaking location.
You can either bring your own food or opt for the ultimate opulence and dine on a picnic basket prepared by award-winning chef, Trevor Lui, which can be picked up on-site.
If you're hoping to imbibe in some adult beverages, they've got that covered, too. A selection of wine or champagne curated by Charlie's Burgers will be served to anyone who wants it over the course of the dinner.
If you're interested in attending this year's Diner en Blanc on Sept 19, simply go to their website, click 'Attend Le Diner En Blanc,' make an account, and they'll take it from there.
Better get to bleaching those clothes!
