Toronto is getting a new sky-high restaurant with a 360 degree view of the city

It's been a couple of years since any restaurant occupied the top floor of the Westin Harbour Castle hotel along Toronto's waterfront but now the long vacant space is getting a new tenant.

Toula, famous for its panoramic views of the city, wasn't operational since before lockdowns and officially closed in 2021.

Now, a restaurant that itself has changes homes a couple of times in the past few years is taking its place.

The Liberty Group has announced that Don Alfonso 1890 has closed and is departing its most recent home at Casa Loma in favour of the new waterfront address. Construction on the new restaurant space is now under way.

Opening date for the new restaurant is June 16 and reservations are now being accepted.
