Gourmet Food & Wine Expo 2006

Are you a bona fide wine collector with a private cellar you pull from daily? Or are you more of a premium beer drinker? Do you often savour fine dining in Toronto restaurants? Or do you prefer to hone your skills as a chef at home? Have plans for the weekend? If you answered yes (or no) to any of these questions, the 2006 Gourmet Food & Wine Expo should be part of your plans.

Over 250 exhibitors from Toronto and around the world will be tempting and teasing our tastebuds at the Metro Toronto Convention Center, and the fun starts tomorrow with a VIP evening.

Other expo highlights include:
- professionally tutored wine tastings (registration required)
- fun and informative seminars courtesy of the Independant Wine Education Guild
- live cooking demos by some of Toronto's hottest chefs at the Food Network Stage

Admission is $15, and sampling tickets are $1each.

Thursday (VIP): 6pm-10pm
Friday: 2pm-10pm
Saturday: noon-10pm
Sunday: noon-6pm
