Here's what it's like inside Toronto's fanciest new wellness lounge

Wellness lounges in Toronto offer a way to stay healthy in style, but few in town do it quite like the new NRG Haus facility, which recently opened its doors in the Liberty Village neighbourhood.

NRG Haus, short for Nourish, Recharge, Gather (but pronounced like "energy"), is described by ownership as a "contrast therapy (a quick alternation between hot and cold temperatures) and alcohol-free social space."

We've talked about NRG Haus in detail ahead of its opening, but with the facility now welcoming patrons at 171 E Liberty St., Unit 113, we got a chance to tour the new operation's impressive interior spaces.
