The transit agency is currently on the hunt for a qualified professional to join its Procure and Category Management department. The position pays between $83,192 and $104,013.00, and the selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating improvements, administering, and configuring the department's business systems.
To qualify, you'll need a post-secondary college diploma or university degree in a related discipline or a combination of education training, and experience, as well as a strong knowledge of information systems and computer technology concepts. The last day to apply for this hybrid role is Jan. 22.
If you have a Bachelor's degree in civil, industrial, materials, mechanical, or electrical technology and/or science, you may qualify for this high-paying role in the TTC's Safety and Environment Department. If selected, you'll be responsible for supporting project teams throughout design and construction phases, as well as providing support for the identification and control of hazards to prevent incidents.
Being registered as a Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario or a Canadian Registered Safety Professional is considered an asset for this role, which pays between $92,528.80 and $115,697.40. The last day to apply for this position is Jan. 20.
Do you have experience with developing business cases or policy planning? If so, you might qualify for this role, which pays between $92,528.80 and $115,697.40 in the TTC's Strategy and Foresight Department.
You'll be responsible for coordinating and conducting various fare policy and planning related to projects and business cases, and acting as a key point of contact for projects and overall program governance. The ideal candidate would have a post-secondary college diploma or a university degree in a related discipline. If this sounds like your dream job, you have until Jan. 20 to submit your application.
This role with the TTC requires a bit more experience, but the successful candidate can expect to earn up to $105,892.80. The transit agency is looking for a qualified individual to deliver and evaluate transportation and maintenance-related training programs to employees, contractors, and consultants.
To qualify, you'll need a post-secondary college diploma or university degree in a related field, a minimum of three years of experience as a qualified bus operator, and a minimum of three years of divisional trainer or supervisory experience in a transportation or public transit environment. The last day to apply for this role is Jan. 23.
This open role is also part of the TTC's Procurement and Category Management department and pays anywhere from $88,306.40 to $110,401.20. If hired, you'll be responsible for documenting the future state of the core Procurement and Category Management processes, and identifying process gaps to facilitate the design of revised business processes.
The ideal candidate will have a university degree in a business, technical, or a related discipline and boast significant experience with business process analysis and design, including experience preparing function design documents. The last day to submit your application for this role is Jan. 22.
If you prefer to work onsite, you might want to check out this open role with the TTC's Materials Management department. The position, which pays between 74,110.40 and 92,656.20, involves assisting in the daily operation of assigned work locations to ensure inventory parts are stocked, stored, and distributed to meet the needs of various departments throughout the transit agency.
