Bampot House of Tea and Board Games is a place to get your Settlers on in the Annex. 

The space is like a public living room with cozy corners featuring carpeted and cushioned seating platforms where you can remove your shoes and get comfy.

An impressive selection of over 80 different kinds of teas - black, green, oolong, white, caffeine-free herbal and fruit infusions, plus their own house-made Bam Bam Chai - are served from their lovely and unique collection of teapots.

There are currently about 160 games to choose from, including some more obscure ones like Quarriors.
