Midnight Cookie on Manor Road and Yonge Street is known for its fresh, made- and baked-to-order cookies and is open until 3 a.m. on the weekends.

Birthed in the winter of 2021, the operation began as an Instagram-based cookie delivery business to a ghost kitchen before opening up a brick-and-mortar storefront.

The cookies are relatively flat with crispy edges and soft center and come in eleven different flavours that can be purchased individually or in a box of 6, 8, or twelve.
