Gallery Space: SPY!

Perhaps it's that we're living in '007, but espionage, voyeurism, and secrecy have become hot topics in the City section here at blogTO, and now, they've creeped into Arts too.

SPY! is the newest exhibit at Steam Whistle Gallery (255 Bremner Blvd), explores the above-mentioned themes through the work of six Toronto-based illustrators: Jason Loo, Gillian Newland, Claire Manning, Brian Hoang, Holly Gilmour and Brad Leitch. While all the work is on canvas, styles and media vary from piece to piece.

Opening reception is on February 4th, 2007 at 6pm. The exhibit runs 'til March 3rd.
