Podcast: Scrabble in the City

On today's podcast I caught up with Heather McCall, founder of the Toronto weekly word-fest Scrabble in the City.

Since 2003, TO's scratch scrabble players have been squaring off at the Bishop and the Belcher on Monday nights. With the Canadian Scrabble Championships kicking off June 9 in Toronto, it's just a matter of time until Ben Affleck and the gang declare Scrabble to be the new Poker.

A word of warning. The audio quality of this podcast is definitely DIY. That's the last time I'll be using Skype and a cell phone.

Also mentioned in this podcast: Room 101 at the Drake.
