Crema opens sprawling new roastery and cafe
When Crema co-owners Geoff Polci and Losel Tethong decided it was time to expand their roasting operation, they also saw an opportunity to create a unique event space for coffee education and experimentation during the roasting process. The result is this sweeping former industrial space on Wade Ave., which has now become a destination spot for coffee lovers in Toronto.
