Top Chef Canada finalist opens beefy eatery on College
One of the more buzz-worthy eateries to open over the last little bit courtesy of head chef's stint of the first season of Top Chef Canada, this beef-focused restaurant is a far cry from the Italian fare that Rob Rossi was in charge of as Executive Chef at Mercatto. But that's a good thing. With playful and inventive menu, this is anything but your grandfather's steakhouse.
