Kensington Market gets its own charcuterie store
Kensington Market has always been a great place for fresh cheese, baked goods, or the odd pair of camo pants. But until recently, the Market has been sorely lacking in the guanciale, capicola, and pancetta arrotolata departments. How it managed to survive is beyond me. But now, two Kensington chefs have paired up to fill the void, tossing in a few of their own recipes to add to the prepared food offerings.
