The Big Chill's move to a large space on the corner of College and Manning has seemingly created the opportunity for Montreal-style steamies to arrive in TO. Open late to feed hungry stomachs after a night of boozing in Little Italy, this tiny take-out spot does two things (hot dogs and poutine) and does them well.
