Toronto Condo King Brad Lamb was a big booster of the Tip Top Lofts development - so much so that he moved into the building himself. But years later he admits the neighbourhood feels too isolated from the rest of the city, that there's nothing to buy in the area and a car is essential to get from there to just about anywhere.
