I feel good about eating at Niche for three reasons. Ready? Ok. One, because all the food is made in house, and the baked stuff uses real butter. Butter always makes me feel good. Two, because their coffee is premium, and it tastes lovely. And three, because they help people with Asperger Syndrome acquire vocational skills to take on the work force. See, it all just warms the nooks of my belly.
