COOL AS ICE features Robert Van Winkle aka VANILLA ICE as Johnny Van Owen, a rapper with a crew who wander around the country on motorcycles, rapping wherever and whenever they can. When one of their 90s-as-hell motorcycles breaks down, they become stranded in a small town - and don't you know it, ICE falls for Kathy Winslow (Kristin Minter) much to the chagrin of her father Gordon (Michael Gross).
