Antoine de Saint-Exupry once wisely wrote "It is the time you have spent on your rose that makes your rose so important." We couldn't agree more!

As we approach the 4 year anniversary of Urban Nirvana's Yonge street location, we can't help but be filled with gratitude for all the wonderful memories we've made and of course, excitement for even more great things to come!

What better way to show our enthusiasm than by throwing a good old fashioned party!

As a Thank You to our community and staff, we'd like to invite you to our studio for an eve of snacking, drinking and relaxation! Drop in for a free yoga class, complimentary thai massage or just to say hello. The festivities will take place on June 5th between 5:30pm and 8:30 pm. Free yoga class will be happening all night, so come early to reserve a spot as it is first come, first serve!

Please feel free to bring a friend, significant other, or the whole family!
