***Second Course:*** Soup Nazi's Mulligatawny served sliced smoked Tofu and Roasted Red Bell Pepper

***Main Course:*** "Festivus Meatloaf" Stuffed with French Le Puy Lentil & Pecans, Whipped Duchess Parsnips and Coconut Butter Glazed Brussels Sprouts

***Dessert:*** Black and White Cookie: Vanilla Bean Glaze and Black Current Jam on Vegan Shortbread with Fresh Berries and Caramel Sauce

Our goal is to bring sustainable scratch-made food to your table. We specialize in Flexitarian cuisine, which is mostly plant based with moderate use of local or organic meats and seafood.
