The Toronto South African Film Festival (TSAFF) returns this November for a second year of feature films and documentaries that explore the diverse and vibrant culture and history of South Africa. The second annual Toronto South African Film Festival will take place Nov. 7 & 8 at the Bloor Hot Docs Cinema (506 Bloor St. W).
