A Day to Celebrate Self-Care
Your body is craving something. On October 3rd, take the opportunity to stop and listen deeply to your body’s nutritional needs and learn more about what makes you thrive from the inside out.
Join us at Trinity Bellwoods Park (SW corner), green smoothie in hand. If you've never made a green smoothie, learn how to and get a workout at the same time! That's right, we'll have bicycle powered blenders on site! BYOP (bring your own produce) and mason jar!
What else can you expect on this beautiful day?
- musician call! We're expecting djembes, didgeridoos, shakers, voices and dancers to join the party. Bring your own instrument and come celebrate with us!
- hulas, slack lines, picnic blankets, smiles, positive energy, friends, family, kiddies, real food! Grab your lunch to go and enjoy it with like-minded community and Toronto's self-care tribe in the park.
- YOGA: We're so lucky to have Grace Yoga, self-care activist and yogi, share her healing wisdom in a free 75 min Kripalu yoga session (Start time: 1:45-2pm).
