Heighten your senses through hundreds of educational tastings and interactive cooking presentations and learn about new gluten-free products and recipes to take home. The Gluten-Free Market, in association with the Canadian Celiac Association (CCA), provides an opportunity to explore the gluten-free diet through various exhibitors’ products and recipes.

The show will be hosting an industry seminar on Friday June 13th exclusively for trade, media, and VIP to educate and showcase innovative gluten-free products within the industry. In addition to the seminar, the show will also allow an opportunity for exhibitors to get gluten-free certified during the Gluten-Free Certification Program on Friday.
