Rick Lowe Artist Talk at OCAD University
Rick Lowe is the artist behind Houston's Project Row Houses a transformative and visionary example of socially engaged arts as well as neighbourhood revitalization initiative. Originally trained as a painter, Lowe enacts what he calls 'social sculpture'. Lowe has been the Mel King Community Fellow at MIT and a MacArthur Foundation Fellow.
