We've enlisted the services of well known super mixologist/barman... and all round 'Great Briton'... Mr. Vincent Pollard to helm the bar for us and work his magic to create a special menu of outstanding British Punch Cocktail classics.

Chef Davy Love hey, that's me! will be digging out his antique British cookbooks to prepare some delectable bar snacks that will be paired with these wonderful libations...
