Remembering 25 years since the Montreal massacre.
TRIGGER WARNING - Graphic Scenes
On December 6,1989, a 25-year old gunman opened fire and Killed 14 woman and wounded several others before taking his own life. Marc Lpine clearly targeted women as his victims and this was concluded by his oral statements during the massacre as well as his suicide note. This quickly led to the event being a clear antifeminist attack and an example of the wider issue of violence against women.
On the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Woman, November 25, we remember 25 years since Ecole Polytechnique Montreal Massacre.
