Last year’s sell-out celebration featured some of the city’s best chefs who used the classic Spanish bar snack as a starting point to create, update, remix and take tapas in many wonderful directions. Chefs like Grant Van Gameren (Bar Isabel), Rob Gentile (Buca), Stuart Cameron (Patria), Chris MacDonald (Cava), Rob Bragagnolo (Marben) helped debut the country’s first Pintxo festival.
