Ozere takes equal inspiration from chamber groups and folk bands. It’s what happens when you bring together musicians who play bluegrass, Celtic, jazz, Klezmer, classical and more. Drawing comparisons to the Goat Rodeo Sessions and Tin Hat Trio, Ozere has garnered a decent following in their short time on Earth! They released their debut EP, “Three Generations”, in April 2013, and are planning to record a full-length album in 2014 with Juno Award-winning producer David Travers-Smith (The Wailin’ Jennys, Jayme Stone).
Ozere is:
Jessica Hana Deutsch - violin
Emily Rockarts - vocals
Lydia Helsdon Munchinsky - cello
Adrian Gross - mandolin
Bret Higgins - bass
