Open Roof Festival
THE 5TH ANNUAL OPEN ROOF FESTIVAL CONTINUES ON A WEDNESDAY WITH WES ANDERSON’S NEWEST HIT THE GRAND BUDAPEST HOTEL AND TORONTO TROPICALIA ENSEMBLE OS TROPIES
The second event of this year’s Festival brings a quirky pastel palette to your eyes on a Wednesday night. Toronto tropicalia ensemble Os Tropies will bring their energetic 60’s Brazilian psych-rock music to the ORF stage, just ahead of Wes Anderson’s newest masterpiece, The Grand Budapest Hotel, starring, well, pretty much everyone, in an eastern European art heist adventure.
The evening’s custom menu crafted by 99 Sudbury’s in-house chefs echoes the setting of the film with a Hungarian influence in the choices. Plus, a diverse selection of food items from Cool City Oyster Yard, and beers from ORF’s long-standing partner Amsterdam Brewery.
