Teleport to the 1940s because the public relations and corporate communications students at Centennial College are organizing and hosting a 1940s themed fundraising event on December 5 2017, at The Toronto Heliconian Club in Yorkville, in support of True Patriot Love (http://truepatriotlove.com/) a national charity that aims to raise awareness and create initiatives on the physical and mental wounds sustained by military soldiers after deployment.

We have a tremendous amount of giveaways like Raptors tickets, AGO admission, and Mysteriously Yours passes, and over $500 of Starbuck merchandise, just to name a few. All profits will go towards our charitable donation goal of $1500.

The event will involve a veteran guest speaker, silent auction, raffles, and an award for best costume. We also have a confirmed appearance by Cineplex pre-show host Tanner Zipchen. We are Centennial CCPR students who have been persevered in organizing a fun filled night despite the college strike.
