Love Art Fair
Love Art Fair is the Canadian edition of the Affordable Art Fair, which operates in 12 cities worldwide. Visitors can expect a fresh and friendly approach to contemporary art. A day out at the fair will be the easiest and most enjoyable way to view and buy affordable art from over 50 galleries all in one place.
The goal of Love Art Fair is to make contemporary art feel fun, affordable and approachable. In 1996, founder Will Ramsay opened Will’s Art Warehouse in southwest London to bridge the increasing interest in contemporary art and the London gallery scene. By concentrating on relatively unknown artists not carrying a premium for reputation, the gallery was able to offer works from $100 – $5,000 from a stable of over 150 artists, and the response Will received to his Art Warehouse inspired him to take his approach to the next level. Three years later in 1999, Will launched the first-ever Affordable Art Fair, embracing other friendly galleries selling affordable art.
